Warren County Over-Tax Issue
Many BMPOA property owners by now have realized a mistake was made by Warren County in properly assessing your sanitary district fees for 2026. This mistake was made by the county and not by your association board. Warren County has mailed out information to affected BMPOA property owners explaining how the County is handling any corrections.
